User Instructions
To Make a Booking

Log On With User Name & Password
Click on Book a Tee Time
Select Date, Holes, Tee and Number of Player using the drop down menu.
Double Tee-Off is available Only in 1st Play Band.
Click on slot with green box to book. It will take you in new screen to fill player’s name playing with you.
If player’s name is already added, select their names one by one.
If player’s name empty, add their names by option <Add New Players>
Option 1
You may add member players selected by surname
To select the required member click the correct name under the select column and then Finished. Note thatmembers whom you have played with before are automatically entered into your address book and vice versa.
Option 2
You may add a Visitor/Guest who has played before at the club if you know their email address.
Option 3
You may add a New Visitor Player
Email Address and Handicap fields are mandatory. After filling all columns click on <Add New Visitor> and <Finished> Click Proceed With Booking
The details are then advised to you with the opportunity to Proceed with booking or Cancel this booking.
NOTE the booking is not completed until you reach this step and you see this message
Your booking has been successful – Thank you.
Your booking information has been sent to your email account. You can see your bookings in My Profile and Bookings.
To Cancel a Booking
Login and click on Book a Tee Time
Your bookings are shown in a different colour background (light red brown)
Click on the letter E on your time slot.
Click on Remove Entire Booking
Click on Home
Please note that to protect the tee time slot the privilege of cancelling the booking will lie only with the member who has made the booking.
To add, remove and substitute the player’s name: Click on the letter E on your time slot.
Availability of days
Only 8 days will be available in Tee Sheet. Bookings and cancellation for the day will be stopped at 17:00 hours on previous day and it will open new date at 17:00 hours.
Double Bookings on same day with same User
Duplicate bookings by a same user will not allowed within 6 hours on same day.
My Profile and Bookings
You can see details, at any time, of all your forward bookings under the My Profile and Bookings menu item.
The Tee Booking display gives the sunrise and sunset times to help you choose when to play.
Block Bookings
Club may have set aside special times/day for block bookings for various purposes. Our club’s administrator can only book these.
Please pay close attention to any instructions at the bottom of the tee-booking screen to see any notes about booking from alternative tees.
Booking from Tee 10
Tee Time Bookings are not allowed in afternoon session from Tee 10.
Change Password
Password could be changed from option My Profile and Bookings.
My Message
Message could be sent to other users by this option
My Address Book
Address book could be maintained by this option
Looking for a Game
Message could be seen or send to all golfers by this option.
Maintenance Day
Tuesday is the maintenance day and tee sheet will be not available for bookings.
Refresh Tee Sheet
Refresh the screen to get current status because bookings will be going on every moment.
